Fees
Speaking and Teaching: determined by event
Coaching & Christian Counseling:
- Regular Fee: $95/session hour
- Nearly half of all coaching/counseling clients seen are taking part in the sliding fee program. There are a limited number of sessions available within each fee scale slot. The sliding fee scale is generally reserved for those with limited resources especially single mothers with dependent children, elderly on fixed incomes, single fathers paying child support, underemployed, pastors and their family members and churches whose memberships are part of the program, etc.
- Case Management: (advised beforehand as needed)
- Crisis Intervention: (applicable as needed)
- Phone Consult: (advised beforehand as needed & calculated in 15-minute increments)
- Mileage: (advised beforehand as needed)
- Video Chat: (advised beforehand as needed)
- Overnight Lodging: (advised beforehand as needed)
Payment
Cash, Check and Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit/debit cards accepted for payment.
Payment is expected and due at time of service.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance reimbursement. However, you may be able to fund services through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
Cancellation & No-Show No-Call Policy
Cancellation is, at times, unavoidable. In order to not be charged the full fee of your scheduled session, notification of a cancellation must be at least 24 hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment day & time and needs to be left by phone with our office staff or on our office voicemail (219)762-4913. Unavoidable emergencies (cancellation within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment) are considered for reimbursement on a case-by-case basis and every effort is made to reschedule the appointment for another time during the week of your scheduled appointment, if possible.
Not showing up for a scheduled appointment and not calling to cancel is considered a No-Show No-Call and our policy is firm , you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Please do not do this! We really like hearing from you, but if testing the policy is necessary for your "growth", then we're here for you!
